WHAT WE OFFER
Non-Destructive Leak Detection Methods

  • Requires no water of any kind

  • Pinpoints the exact location(s) of a roof leak

  • Allows you to only repair damaged area

HIGH-VOLTAGE TESTING

How It Works

Electricity at a very low current is applied across your roof. If the current passes through a hole or breach of your roof’s waterproof membrane, the testing unit will make an audible sound indicating the location of the leak.

LOW-VOLTAGE TESTING

How It Works

A conductive boundary cable is laid around the perimeter of your roof. Then the roof membrane is sprayed down with a thin layer of water. If a short circuit occurs, a leak has been detected.

  • Low-voltage testing can be performed on most flat roof surfaces such as single-ply membranes, hot melt systems, liquid applied systems, built-up felt systems, asphalt, torch down, silicone, and white EPDM is an effective option when a non-conductive membrane is installed over a conductive deck assembly

  • Requires very little water

  • Pinpoints the exact location(s) of a roof leak

  • Allows you to only repair damaged area
